My Story

Before my role as a New Homes consultant, I was the General Manager for an Independent Building Inspection company. I have extensive experience in stage inspections on newly built homes and represent clients interests by ensuring that the build was completed to a required standard. In this position I gained valuable building knowledge and I was exposed to a wide array of volume & project home building companies.

I have assisted hundreds of clients through the often daunting process of building a home and I observed varying levels of service and quality between building companies. When I considered the opportunity to move into the role of New Homes Consultant I chose Dale Alcock Homes as the company that stood out in the industry as building quality homes and providing an outstanding customer experience.

I am not just another “sales guy” and you are not just another number to me.I understand the importance of working with a quality builder and I am invested in your building journey. I chose to work with Australia’s Professional Builder of the Year because I have seen firsthand how the building experience can go horribly wrong with the wrong builder! I am up front and transparent and I have no sales background.   • Specific design brief to help you find the perfect home for your requirements. 

  • Assist you in finding the right block that best suits you and the design of your new home.  

  • If required I can help you get the right finance for you, with access to multiple brokers for competitive options. 

  • I will stay connected and always be available to help where I can throughout the whole process of your new build.
