"We weren’t sure at first whether we wanted to build or buy established for our first home – until we met Harry in display! The Dale Alcock displays were outstanding and combined with the confidence Harry gave us at our first appointment – we knew that choosing to build with Dales just felt right. What could be a challenging and daunting process, was made so easy with Harry. His attention to detail, willingness to answer phone calls or messages at any hour, transparency, professionalism and patience (with my million questions!!) were second to none – no wonder there are so many positive reviews mentioning his name!
Harry has continued to support us along this journey as we move into Pre-Construction but I have to take my hat off to Hannah Russell who has been instrumental in our building process! Nothing has been too hard for Hannah, even when what we may have been asking seemed near impossible. Her patience and willingness to help was outstanding.
We are super excited to get our pre-start done and if the customer service shown by Harry and Hannah is anything to go off, we know the rest of the build is going to be seamless!"
