"I met Harry as the show home was close to closing, after putting a block of land on hold. He didn't rush me and we arranged to catch up later that week. He totally listened to the changes I proposed, making a 4 bed display into a 3 bed home on a narrower block. He thoroughly explains the process and provides ample time for appointments so no rushed decisions are made. I'm not sure he has any time off as he seems to work all hours, ensuring I keep on top of information requests and updates. It's been a pleasure to date and I hope the pre-construction goes as smoothly now I have been assigned my co-ordinater. Thanks Harry and hopefully we'll catch up at completion!"
