"Having already had a good idea which builder we wanted to engage to build our house , we decided to call Harry Lewer from Dale Alcock homes. His sign was already on a vacant plot just a few metres up the road so we wanted to check on pricing and just speak to a final builder before signing up.
After several meetings with Harry we got the feeling that he understood what we were trying to achieve better than the 3 builders we had previously spoken to .
Harry got it right on the 3 main factors that meant most to us.
1) Design/finish quailty ,
2) Inclusions
3) Price
Pre start saw the cost increase slightly but this was down to our personal choice of upgrades to the finish.
To date I would say that we are very happy with progress and quality"
