"My husband and I were considering building prior to the grants being released. We were referred to Harry Lewer as they were announced, so I was worried how much time our consultant would have to spend with us, knowing how busy all builders were going to be.
As soon as we met Harry, any concerns that I had completely dissolved. He was honest and transparent with us about the process and the design we had chosen, and made sure we were getting the customisation and level of specification we wanted. He also gave us indications of costs for the changes we wanted upfront, so we could choose what we wanted to put in our contract vs. pay for at prestart. The end result was a design that perfectly suits our lifestyle, with a quality of home that I can't wait to move into. His knowledge across the board made me feel confident and ensured that there were no hidden surprises or costs along the way. He also clearly has great relationships with all the internal staff at Dales, and was more than happy to get involved and help out wherever he could during the pre-construction process. Despite the madness going on around us in the industry, we never once felt anything other than his top priority!
We have just moved into construction and I can say without hesitation that I don't know what Harry (and Dales) could have done to make our experience better. I would recommend him to anyone and if I am ever lucky enough to build again - I know who I will be coming to!
