"A smooth, well communicated process from initial concept through to Prelim works contract. Of the 4 builders we started our journey with, Harry definitely is a class above most. We met Harry Lewer in Jindalee on the first day we went looking at display homes. We knew having a back rear block would mean a custom build and Harry didn't shy away from this challenge at all, rather, he laid out some ideas and gave us some hard facts we'd have to consider (Site works), which we appreciated as we hadn't known about this.. we're first home buyers. Working with Harry has been a real pleasure and I’m highly impressed with his patience and helpful suggestions. We had an entire spreadsheet of 'wishes' to include in our custom build, and he's managed to tick off every box we had in the design. You can tell he actually loves his job by the way he carries himself and his enthusiasm for the industry. Harry is a very calm individual, a good listener and got to the heart of what mattered to us. He encouraged us to view other builds underway as well as meeting the person who would be our site manager prior to signing. The customer experience has been paramount throughout. We are only starting our long flight into our new home, but we are confident our "steward" Harry will stay with us and look after us to the end (because he said he would). Harry is very flexible and very easy to communicate with, always providing a prompt response whenever we've had an enquiry or random changes to make. I’m looking forward to see our house get underway."
