"We first met Harry when we phoned Dale Alcock Homes to get some advice as to whether the treatment we were receiving from our chosen builder was normal (as we are first time builders). Harry helped us out with some sage advice and we continued on with our builder until we encountered even more (to put it mildly) 'bumps in the road'. Each time, we phoned Harry who was happy to help us and his knowledge and advice has since proven to be spot on. We eventually reached a point where we had lost all faith and trust in our builder and could no longer continue (even though we had already paid them a $3,000 deposit) and so decided to put our trust in Harry who has single-handedly turned our experience around. Harry was confident he could provide us with a house plan that would tick each one of our boxes (and he did), he is extremely reliable, professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite and managed to put our fears to rest. We appreciate his honesty and the way he understood exactly what we were after. We are now back on track to building our forever home and, if the service we receive for the rest of the build is similar to what we have experienced thus far, it is sure to be an exciting and enjoyable one."
