You have to understand the circumstances we were working under to appreciate why the seemingly simple opening sentence above is a lot more than meets the eye.
There was the COVID pandemic swirling, restrictions for face to face meet ups, restrictions on travel and so on. We were out of the country throughout the entire time. We have never met Harry in person other than by a couple of video conferences but that did not make a difference to us. To bed down the building of a new large 2 storey house that started with an off the plan design that eventually became more of a customised version, and mostly communicating through emails and whats app, and to get all that done in a timely and reliable fashion is no mean feat... hats off to Harry for facilitating that process smoothly, and being an exemplary face (and voice!) for the Company.
Build a new house online? Yes, you can!
No Consultant has all the answers to the questions (and we had many!) in any new home build but Harry was very knowledgeable and had good suggestions and ideas to share. If he did not know the answer to any of our questions, we were assured that he will go find out what the answers were. There was no pressure to sign at any point let alone the optional items. Harry was a delight to work with.
We are now looking forward to the subsequent phases and are confident that we will have the same, if not higher level of service and delivery from the Company. Dealing with Harry has given us that confidence!
