We are only in the pre-construction phase, but everything up until this point has been amazingly easy due to Harry's efforts. Despite it being a frantic time for them with all of the Government grants, Harry was incredibly responsive and informative. He even answered our emails on Friday nights!
This is our first home, so we had lots of gaps in our knowledge, which Harry was more than happy to fill, and having him just an email away was very reassuring. We are also based in Karratha, so we were a little concerned that not being face-to-face would cause issues, but it’s all been very easy.
Our experience with Harry and Dale Alcock has so far been fantastic, and we’re looking forward to seeing our house take form!"
