"After several months of home opens and researching the market online every day, I was unable to find any home that captured all my needs/wants. I made the decision to look at a home & land package but land in more established suburbs had limited frontage. It was only after having a conversation with Harry Lewer at the Dale Alcock Display home in Eden Beach that we discussed designs with 10m wide frontage and Harry offered to show us a recent build in an established area that had a 10m wide frontage. After seeing this design, I knew I wanted to build with Dale Alcock. It seemed that from just a few conversations Harry seemed to know exactly what my son and I were looking for in our next home. Designing our home with Harry has been effortless and a reassuring experience and has been delivered with a rare professionalism and what can only be described as a genuine personal interest in creating a home and a lifestyle for my son and I. We are really looking forward to our build experience with Dale Alcock and hope that the future stages can be delivered to the same high standard that Harry has set for the brand."
