"We came over to Perth in early January just starting to look at house and land as we knew we wanted to move from Sydney but didn't have a time frame as to when it would all happen as we still hadn't sold our Sydney property. We found explaining this to most New home salesmen that they had no interest in us what so ever! Then we walked in to a Dale Alcock Display home at Jindalee where we met Harry. That's where things changed for the better. Harry straight away didn't care if it was going to take us 12 months, 18 months to sell our Sydney property and move he was more than happy to listen to what we wanted to achieve and how we could achieve it. After flying back to Sydney Harry kept in touch with us and we started to come up with a design and a bunch of "to have items". We ended up moving in May and sold Sydney by September. In this time we went through 8 designs changes which I'm sure drove Harry crazy but he was more than accommodating and understanding as this is going to be our forever home. This is where Harry went far above and beyond his sales role as not only was he understanding and helpful in so many ways but he also helped my partner and I find employment as we were both new to Perth!!! We have been blown away by Harry's kindness, honesty and helpfulness in what has been a stressful time for us trying to move across country, find jobs and find a house. Harry is an absolute credit to Dale Alcock Homes that we believe should be acknowledged far much more than what it will be."
