"We first began speaking with Harry Lewer at Dale Alcock in January 2019 when we purchased our block of land. After having now been in our completed home for a month I cannot recommend Harry and the Dales team highly enough. We went back and forth over designs and details for months, creating the perfect custom home for us - Harry could not have been more knowledgeable, approachable, patient and professional. We originally enquired with several builders and Harry's approach was what drew us to Dales. His genuine care for our home and building journey stood in stark contrast to the "salesman bravado" of other builders we approached. Even after we had signed our contract, Harry was always available to answer any questions, give us general advice and have a chat about the build. Further, Tania Brown and our site manager, Bob were also absolutely fantastic!! Bob's attention to detail was absolutely amazing and we felt completely confident that our home would be delivered to the highest quality in his safe hands. For us, the best part about Harry and the Dale Alcock team was our high quality home was delivered with professional and amazing service. I recommend Dale Alcock to all our friends and family and would never use anyone else if we are ever lucky enough to go on this building journey again!"
