If there is a particular design you already love we have the option of working straight off the plan or creating a completely custom design tailored to your specific needs. We will work closely together to create the perfect home. These design services include;

Building Knowledge

To most people, building a new home can be a very exciting yet very daunting process, especially the first time. From my previous employment and helping hundreds of people throughout the build process, I have a great amount of industry knowledge that I am always keen to share with my clients, obligation free and at no cost. These areas include;

  • Building codes and compliance. 

  • Common issues people can come up against. 

  • Steps to avoid any mishaps throughout the build.

  • What to consider when looking at builders. 

Land Selection

Finding the right piece of land is so crucial when building your new home. It is always more advisable to decide on a builder and the design of your home, then find a block that works well for it, instead of the other way around. There can sometimes be some adverse restrictions on particular blocks that impede the building design itself. We can work together to find a block that works best for you whilst avoiding any of these mishaps, my services here include;

  • Research into new areas and upcoming releases.

  • Private tours of any land estates you may be interested in.

  • Specific land selection to best save you money on site works. 

  • Negotiation with land developers to ensure we are getting the best deal.

  • Interpretation of any RMD Codes, Covenants and Guidelines to ensure the block is suitable for your home design. 

  • Provide advice on crucial issues that may adversely affect the build cost such as Bushfire Attack Level (BAL), Coastal Requirements and Noise Attenuation. 

Finance Options

Sorting out the finances can always seem to be difficult, now I am not a financial advisor however I do have access to some of the best brokers in the industry. I can help you get the best finance options that is tailored to suit your needs. The benefits of this include;

  • General obligation free advice for you to consider without pressure. 

  • Savings advice to help you in securing a deposit. 

  • Strong relationship between your builder and broker throughout the whole build process to make it even easier. 

Home & Land Packages

I also have a variety of Home & Land packages that have already been put together, across multiple suburbs in Perth. If you find it difficult to commit the time towards the building & design process then I am able to put together a tailor made package that suits your budget and requirements. This can also be a solution for overseas clients and investors who are not able to be here throughout the build process. I will work with you to ensure you are always informed your build.
